This blend is intended to be a burst of happiness in a cup! 

May help with anxiety, depression, creativity, winter blues, grief, sadness and more. 

Can be used as a bath soak and/or foot soak as well.  

Ingredients:

valerian root, nettle, rose, and chamomile

Directions:

Place a generous 1 teaspoon of the herbs into a cup or jar of your choice. Pour boiling water over herbs and steep for 10-15 minutes covered and speak your words of affirmation over your cup. Strain herbs and enjoy warm/at room temperature.
